The double room had incredibly cozy beds and was equipped with all the necessities from a pay television to a laptop-size safe and a mini-fridge-bar.

The rooms are well-equipped with coffee, tea and the staff are INCREDIBLY KIND. It has a stunning and good location right next to the bus stop.

The location of this place is great, it's really close to the Blackberry Forum.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff provided exceptional service, addressing all of our needs during our stay. The in-room breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant was top-notch. The Spa & wellness centre was a relaxing haven, with various massage and beauty treatments, Jacuzzi, and treatment rooms available. The public bath was a unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

Although our stay was wonderful, we did encounter one minor issue. The outdoor swimming pool was smaller than anticipated, with limited seating.

Breakfast is simply delicious, featuring great food, and the lounge area is cozy. the lively rooftop pool is perfect to relax and unwind, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

The location was perfect for exploring the city with key neighborhoods within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the rooftop pool, which provided a great spot for lounging in the sun and enjoying the views.

While the rooftop pool was great, there were only a few seats available, and the music was quite loud. It was difficult to relax and read by the pool with the noise.

Great location, walking distance to the trendy neighborhoods of Condesa and Roma. Nice and clean rooms, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and the service even better! Loved the fact that the hotel offers a Nespresso machine in-room for a quick coffee fix.

The rooftop pool was not as expected, as only three pool seats were available and the music played there was too loud. The rooms are not soundproof, so noise from the street or the hotel's rooftop bar can be a disturbance.

We had an enjoyable stay with great service from the hotel staff. The location was perfect as we could explore the nearby Condesa and Roma areas. Our rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and provided a diversity of options.
